TODAY, my friends, we are going to talk about THE LAW OF ATTRACTION: A New Perspective. This is Archangel Michael here, and I’m delighted to share with you what you NEED TO KNOW. There is some truth to what you have heard and understand and some clarification that needs to be brought to the forefront. So here is the nitty gritty (I LOVE that saying!):
What you may already know:
The LAW OF ATTRACTION WORKS in the sense that you can “draw to you” the things you want in your life. You do this by following your passions, listening to your heart’s desires, and doing what you feel called to do when you feel called to do it (That is us nudging—sometimes URGING—you to listen). When you heed our callings and listen to your own heart, you are on YOUR SOUL’S PATH. WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR SOUL’S PATH, doors open up for you—opportunities you NEVER envisioned, new ideas and inspirations, feelings of excitement and joy, and a loss of all sense of time as you DO WHAT YOU LOVE. This is “being in the flow.” All of this is talked about regarding the Law of Attraction and is understood by many.
But Here is the Twist—The Missing Piece—The KEY in the Lock:
You do not have to WORK FOR IT. Let me explain. You think you need to “raise your vibration,” “be in alignment,” or be happy all the time and think only positive thoughts. THAT IS HOGWASH. No one in a human body can think positive thoughts all the time. There is just too much conditioning and too many negative experiences and trapped emotions that need to be discharged for you to stay in the flow. SO HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: FEEL YOUR FEELINGS. ACKNOWLEDGE THEM. ACCEPT THEM. HONOR THEM. Even when you feel they are bad (guilt, shame, selfishness, anger, sadness, WHATEVER THEY ARE), see them, feel them, and “hear” them. That’s right. THEY ARE TALKING TO YOU. SO HERE IS THE NEWSFLASH—YOUR FEELINGS ARE THE WAY GOD TALKS TO YOU. All of us on the Spirit team talk to you this way, but in particular, GOD, THE SOURCE, THE UNIVERSE, “ALL THAT IS” communicates in the language of FEELINGS. PAY ATTENTION. That’s step 1.
Now for Step 2: Find a way to express/discharge the negative emotion so you can return to a state of Grace—a feeling of love and gratitude for yourself and others. BUT KNOW THIS: YOU CANNOT SKIP STEP 1. No sweeping the “dirt” under the rug. As self-healing guru Louise Hay says, “If you want to clean a house, you have to see the dirt.” SO SEE IT, FEEL IT, and then LET IT GO.
Now, you’re probably wondering, “How?”
You’ll be happy to know it is EASY PEASY. Well, maybe not always, but it is NOT AS HARD AS YOU THINK. These are some tools for you:
- TAPPING (Look up Nick Ortner)
- Breathing
- Meditation
- Talking with a trusted friend who LISTENS without giving advice
- Journaling
- Going for a walk or exercising
These seem simple, but don’t let their simplicity fool you. THEY ARE POWERFUL TOOLS. Just read Michelle’s email this week. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT SHE DID when she felt those “crappy” feelings. And, magical things are coming her way. She doesn’t know it yet, but THERE ARE SOME SURPRISES IN THE WORKS FOR HER😊.
